Ciara covered “Paint It Black” by The Rolling Stone exclusively for a new Vin Diesel movie – ‘The Last Witch Hunter’ (In Theaters October 23, 2015). Watch the trailer below to hear snippet of the song (start @1:00). Sounds amazing!

Back in April, Ciara surprised fans during a performance with DJ R3Hab at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. They performed “I Bet” Remix and premiered their new song “Baby Get Up”. The fans have been patiently waiting for the studio version of the track and it looks like we’re finally going to hear it! R3HAB answered a fan on Twitter:

Ciara keeps teasing the fans by posting snippets of new songs from “Jackie” on Instagram. The album hit the stores May 4th.

Ciara’s new song “Dance Like We’re Makin Love” was registered on ASCAP (The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers). It was written by Ciara, Dr. Luke, Cirkut & Rock City. Can’t wait to hear it!

The singer says her new single ‘is much bigger than any one person’s experience.’

Close to two years after the release of her self-titled album, Ciara returns strong.

The singer-songwriter gives fans a first taste of her upcoming sixth studio album with new single “I Bet,” premiered here on The Juice. Listen below:

The slow-tempo Harmony Samuels-produced song — reminiscent of Ciara’s earlier work, such as Goodies’ “And I” — features Ciara standing up for herself, and telling off an ex-lover for not appreciating her. Background ad-libs are courtesy of Theron Thomas of Rock City, who co-wrote “I Bet” with Ciara.

“I bet you start loving me/ As soon as I start loving someone else/ Somebody better than you/ I bet you start needing me/ As soon as you see me with someone else/ Somebody other than you,” she sings on the hook. “And I know that it hurts/ You know that it hurts your pride/ But you thought the grass was greener on the other side.”

“I imagine this song (‘I Bet’) will be very meaningful for a lot of people. It is much bigger than any one person’s experience,” Ciara tells Billboard.

It’s hard to not wonder if she’s talking about her ex-fiance and the father of her child, Future, when passionately singing of betrayal on “I Bet”: “You acting like you upgraded me, but I upgraded you… You took advantage, I can’t understand it.” There were reports that the couple called off their engagement after claims of Future’s infidelity surfaced.

Ciara has been quietly recording new music and taking care of her beautiful baby boy, Future Zahir Wilburn, born on May 19.

“I am truly fulfilled by this experience of making my new music,” she says. “I was able to create everything I have aspired and hoped for as an artist. It is my favorite album I have made thus far in my career, and so excited begin my new journey. It is a new me. A new attitude.”

AMAZING news CSQUAD! Ciara’s brand new single “I Bet” is scheduled to impact Urban radio on 27 January:

The single is produced by Harmony Samuels. Now let’s wait for press release….

Ciara is coming and sooner than one might think!
These were the sentiments relayed by hit-making producer Harmony, who we can EXCLUSIVELY reveal has landed the lead single from the diva’s new album.

That Grape Juice caught up with the music maestro recently and chatted it up about his meteoric rise and the many releases he has on the horizon for 2015 – including songs on new LP’s from Fifth Harmony, Tamar Braxton, and JoJo.

Top of the list, it seems though, was CiCi’s project which he gushed about in earnest.

Hit ‘PLAY’ above to hear about what he’s cooked up with the R&B songbird and be sure to keep it locked on That Grape Juice for more from our interview with Harmony!

Ciara posted more photos from the recording studio. This time she was cooking up some new music with Harmony Samuels. He has produced a multitude of hits for artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Fantasia, Chris Brown, Brandy and more. More info about him: here.
